When starting it in debug mode (with root privileges invoke "radiusd -s -X -f" it returns: > libssl version mismatch. built: 1000109f linked: 100010af The Debian developers encountered the same problem as you can see here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=765871 A fix from the upstream developers for this versioning issue is documented here: https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/commit/3eb1025dc6ac34608a7d… As a first fix it may be enough to trigger recompilation of the freeradius-server package in OBS. Perhaps we should simply drop them -- what do you think? Somehow, we have to trigger the installation of wicked and/or NetworkManager.... An other set of deps is through sysconfig requiring sysvinit(network) / ifup; it was required for update from 13.1 or older, but probably it makes sense to cleanup this in factory...
