I will file a bug with valgrind too. They should really provide a run-time method of choosing between the two methods. Python-based plugins like libopensync-plugin-moto or libopensync-plugin-synce do not show up in msynctool --listplugins. Syncing with these devices is therefore not working at all in 11.2! so plugins (e.g. file-plugin) work. I would be nice if the alias would not be changed. This is especially annoying as you cannot change the alias via yast (as far as I know). I am not sure if this is actually a bug, or a in my opinion annoying but correct behaviour.
