I could not get data on port 443. tcpdump showed data from 443 going to my web browser, but not for the Java app. I shutdown the firewall to test that, still no data. Rebooted with the firewall off, still no data. Port 80 data was normal at all times. I installed Sun Java 1.6.24, ran update-alternatives, and the problem was solved. Select a large number of packages from YaST2 Qt, preferably ones that might not be in the repo any longer. 2. When the install runs, skip the ones that are missing. 3. I can move mouse cursor but I cannot see it. When triying to change to tty1..n the last graphical screen stays and when I reload the GUI (ctrl+alt+backspace) screen stays in bñack. This computer's graphic card according to lspci: 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 82946GZ/GL Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 02). It only works "properly" when I start with the nomodeset option. But now I cannot change the resolution to a lower one. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE 2.
