There is one at http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/OpenOffice.org+Thumbnail+plugin?conten… but even if users manage to find it, there is no install for opensuse 11.4. The RPM for Fedora worked flawlessly for me, so it should not be much of a problem to include it in the distribution, and for a good user experience, I think it should be included in the default KDE install. Moreover, looking for such package in software.opensuse.org, drbd-kmp-<flavour> is available only for openSUSE 11.2 and below. However, kernel-<flavour> provides the drbd.ko module that is the only content of the package drbd-kmp-<flavour> available for openSUSE 11.2 and below, so it seems to me that this requirement is useless. Moreover, it induces a warning on possible errors in YaST. If I enable the drbd server, I obtain a popup error saying "Start Drbd service failed" but the service is running and the "Start drbd server now" button is disabled and the "Stop drbd server now" is enabled. I do not know whether this behaviour is just a consequence of the "broken" dependency or it is a different bug... The system tray icon indicates that authentications is necessary (is is augmented with a little key symbol and it even sends a tiny message that some re-authenticaion is necessary), but the authentication dialog itself is entirely missing. There seem to be two issues: Yast creates /etc/modprobe.d/50-yast.conf with the following option: options dummy -o dummy-nil BUT loading the module fails "FATAL" [74685.227467] dummy: Unknown parameter `-o' The second thing is that nothing in YaST and/or netconfig takes care of actually loading the needed module because when I fixed/removed the option I still couldn't start the interface using rcnetwork start dummy0 until I loaded the dummy module myself manually. After boot there was no bridge configured, even if the second stage mentioned something with "bridge already configured" (I dont remember the exact wording). Later I tried to install a guest with vm-install, but br0 was not there. Investigating this issue shows: - 'ip a' showed only eth0 + eth1 - 'ls' in /etc/sysconfig/network showed no ifcfg-br0, only a ifcfg-eth0 (but I have no prove of that, the screen content was overwritten by vim or yast) - using 'yast' to create a bridge shows that eth0 has STARTMODE="nfsroot", there was a popup when I tried to remove the configured interface. I created a bridge and added eth0 to it. Now there is a 'ifcfg-br0' and a 'ifcfg-' file. I think during reboot the network may not come up properly due to the ifcfg- file. After a lengthy first sspike of CPU activity it only shows the folder structure, but absolutely no actual mails. Each of the mbox file can be individually connected to with an akonadi_mbox_resource and will then show all mails, albeit all of them unread because the index/tag files from kmail will not be read in this case. No attempt to get any actual data can be detected in the debugger in akonadiconsole or via debug monitor. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. add a new "KMail maildir" resource, connecting to an existing KMail directory 2. wait for the CPU load to go away 3. check the folder contents either in the akonadiconsole or kmail 4. synchronize one of the subfolders 5. synchronize another subfolder Actual Results: 1. "folder contains a valid KMail directory structure" 2. "synchronizing folder"->"ready" 3. no entries, shown as empty 4. seems to request entries from the folder (dbus/debugger), but no content is delivered; "synchronizing folder 0%" or "synchronizing folder 100%" is shown indefinitely 5. no reaction anymore Expected Results: 1. "folder contains a valid KMail directory structure" 2. "synchronizing folder"->"ready" 3. all entries shown including their status (read etc.) like the old kmail left it 4. Kmail warns correctly about this certificate to be not trustworthy and offers to accept the certificate manually. Accepting the certificate manually works and mails on the server are shown. However, the option to store this settings permanently (option "forever" in the dialog) does not work. Kmail keeps asking to accept the certificate for nearly every mail I send (I guess because of some caching effect it's not every time) and it's asking repeatedly when checking for new mails (not every time, too. It is not resized as it was in 11.4 or earlier. This bug may be critical when opensuse has to be used with videoprojector. It may be related to graphic card driver. My hardware is : - Intel Arrandale Integrated Graphics Controller (driver 2D : intel, driver 3D specified "unknown classical" - laptop samsung x64, processor intel core i3 Hope this can help ! Execute { ftview courR24.bdf; } Actual Results: 2. could not find/open any font file error = 0x0001 Expected Results: 2. It is hard to tell because the tool ftview is undocumented. Probably a preview of the font.
