Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an LDAP user ldapu1 under an LDAP group ldapg1. 2. Set LDAP_MODE and LDAP_GROUP_SUPPORT on. 3. Login to OBS webui as ldapu1. 4. Check the details of ldapu1 in OBS API -> user management -> edit Actual Results: The group ldapg1 is not listed at all. It is listed only when the particular group is queried by adding them for a project. Though the group gets listed, the user ldapu1 is not shown to be under ldapg1, which is the actual detail in LDAP server. The issue is split, there is a fix for the server (as in comment 59), and an issue in the viewer (which is fixed in tigervnc). That can easily be done by using the prompt command "dbus-send". (see bug 580513) In the same vein, it would be great to do the same treatment for sw_single. It should be trivial to implement, but it makes a big impact on user's experience. I believe this is just a matter of calling SCR::Read() and SCR::Execute() over sw_single.ycp (or some packager init method so it's shared)... That works correctly. 1. I do some operations (so like try to copy data from the first user with the second user or create a folder) without user rights (typically user application error!). Then I install (with fstab and the folder 'floppy' in the folder 'media') and mount the floppy-disk with the first user without problems. After changing to the second user I try to unmount the floppy, this fails correctly. But: I restart the system and get after announcement and log-in as the second user an alert: 'Can't update ICAuthority (second user)'. The system starts with delay, but the user management and the contact manager 'Evolution' are damaged! 2. The same result I got with installing the NFS-Client, this bug was already reported. 3. The same result after building a boot-cd with grub according to the help-system of Yast2. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. The build gets stuck in YastServiceTest (yast_service_test.rb file). I have debugged that it happens on line 40 when calling DBus::SessionBus.instance method: DBus::SystemBus.stubs(:instance).returns(DBus::SessionBus.instance) The strange thing is that it gets stuck only on i586, on x86_64 it builds OK. Also rebuilding the package locally using "osc build openSUSE_Factory i586" is OK. I have OS 11.2 & 11.3 servers, and access them from a variety of UK keyboards and platforms. Remote administration (tightvnc as client on OS 10.3, 11.2 WinXP & Vista) keyboard works fine for 11.2 and doesn't work for 11.3. Some keys are reassigned (e.g. #, £ & ~) and some have disappeared (e.g. | & \). On the laptop the extended keys don't work. The numeric pad is non-functional. I was hoping to upgrade all the servers to 11.3 but this will now have to wait until this is fixed. I can't spend my time running both a vnc session (for the graphical bits) and an ssh session (for command line) to the same server.
