One should manually enter the the connection properties dialog, check and uncheck something and press OK. Then the connection resumes. I would be nice if the alias would not be changed. This is especially annoying as you cannot change the alias via yast (as far as I know). I am not sure if this is actually a bug, or a in my opinion annoying but correct behaviour.
