Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Put to /etc/sysconfig/console settings that are listed above. 2. Restart computer in text mode (init 3) 3. Run Yast Actual Results: Midnight Commander graphics is Ok at local TTYs and remote consoles, Yast graphics is broken both at local and remote consoles. But IMO both testutf8 users should be removed / fixed, those not using UTF-8 will typically not set LANG et al to *.UTF-8 values. Other distros work fine without testutf8, so why should we need it.
