Yast appears to be renaming the configuration file under /etc/sysconfig/network from ifcfg-eth0 to ifcfg- (with no suffix). You can change the name if you do it during the installation process, but not after the system in installed. Another native system uses WebBench client to simulate multiple users access WWW service served by Windows 2003 VM. WebBench client reports '10054' error once in a while and the error appears more frequently when running same workload on multiple Windows 2003 VM simultaneously. According to MSDN, Windows socket error code 10054 means 'connection reset by peer'. (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms740668(VS.85).aspx) We tried to find out why 10054 error happened. We did saw something unusual -periodical peak in bandwidth & packets - when using 'netperf' to do TCP_STREAM (to measure bandwidth) and TCP_RR (to measure latency) test. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup a Windows 2003 x86 sp2 VM with IIS service and a native client running WebBench Controller & Client. We here configure Windows 2003 VM with 2 vCPU and 1.5GB memory. 2. Installed SLES 11 VMDP onto Windows 2003 VM. 3. Deploy WebBench contents (webpages/scripts) to Windows 2003 VM and configure IIS. 4. Start WebBench Client & Controller to run the workload. Actual Results: The '10054' error will appear on client console soon and keep happening. Expected Results: There should be no error at all. The WebBench package is quite big. For example if a feature title is "some interesting feature", it can be found by using "some interesting" and "interesting feature" but not using "some feature". The search box could use a syntax similar to google: use spaces to specify separate keywords and double quotes to group keywords. Another possiblity is like in bugzilla to have the possibility to choose between "contains any of the words" or "contains all the words" Reproducible: Always This feature is important, because the submitters are supposed to search through existing features before submitting a new feature, to prevent duplicates. I guess opensuse wiki use the browser settings to "automagically" guide the user to the corresponding localized site (Spanish in my case). Whenever I want to enter into English wiki (which usually holds more updated information) I have to manually select the language from the jump menu and perform this action every time I want to access "en.opensuse.org". I've raised severity to "major", as security-tokens don't work any more without either change (1 or 2) above. Actual Results: No sound from the headphones nor from the speakers Expected Results: Speakers mute, but with working headphones By adding options snd-hda-intel model=3stack to the /etc/modprobe.d/50-sound.conf file to force a different configuration makes the headphones work... but I then I lost the mic. This issue was presented in the forums http://forums.opensuse.org/hardware/laptop/427123-whole-sound-system-mutes-… and in bug 547980.
