The network:utilities project doesn't provide 0.9.x library package though. This is probably due to the "Obsoletes" in the spec file. Nice to get some attention in a meeting or presentation when you have your computer explicitely muted otherwise via sound volume control applet. ;-) It should be either disabled by default (accessibility.typeaheadfind.enablesound=false) or use the desktop infrastructure sound system (like under Windows). If one enters systemsettings > keyboard+mouse and opens the "global shortcuts" section, there is a "khotkeys" group in the drop-down, which I am not sure where it comes from. However it has the print-key assigned to the action "PrintScreen", whatever that does, it does not start ksnapshot. If one enters systemsettings > keayboard hotkeys (kcm_hotkeys) one gets a list with one group "KMenuEdit" which is empty and thus useless. One has to create a new command which then starts ksnapshot. It would be easier for the user if ksnapshot was by default assigned to the print-key. Since this is quite surprising set it took me quite a while (and help+time from Fabian Keil) to figure out why the rules are active by not executed.
