Or is that already somehow possible? This is the default behavior of 'zypper up'. The solver will never try to switch to untrusted vendor. There is a predefined list of vendors which are trusted, plus you can add your own to /etc/zypp/vendors.d. OTOH, zypper dup will always ask you.
