This affects all factory packages. Example: rpm -qp --changelog http://ftp-1.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/s… * Do Mär 15 2007 anosek - updated to version 3.1.4 .. So the @domain.tld part is missing. After that, it was impossible to install CentOS 5 64 bit, OpenSuse 10.3 64 bit (also grub based), CentOS Live CD, or Puppy Linux LiveCD. All of then hanged meanwhile booting, or installing. Also Grub installation failed utilising Supergrub. I was choosing a LVM filesystem on Sata hard disk. /dev/sda1 ntfs Xp installed /dev/sda2 ntfs other_XP installed /dev/sda3 ntfs /dev/sda4 ntfs /dev/sda8 ext3 "/boot" labeled /dev/sda9 lvm /dev/sda7 unformatted 10 mb partition at end of disk The problem was solved after deleting the Vista "/boot" folder. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

It works with both Ndiswrapper and MadWifi drivers. However Ndiswrapper is faster. When ndiswrapper is installed Yast will not allow me to configure the card because it does not know that ndiswrapper can be used with this card. The configure button is grayed out. The settings inside the configure button allow the user the specify what module to use. When Madwifi is installed I am able to configure the card. This is because Yast recognizes the Madwifi kernel module. Only then am I able to specify ndiswrapper as the kernel module inside the configure dialog. I'm sure this was intended to be a feature. I don't think it was part of 10.2. On that, several programs (texlive, a lot of kde-stuff) got deleted. Checking that upgrade in YaST package manager gave a lot of dependency conflicts, that suggested deleting all those packages. opensuse-updater should also mention the dependency conflict, warn and give the option to abort. Doing DVItoPDF results in an pdf, where all pictures are missing. My pictures are in eps. I have found out that Kile 2.0 uses dvipdfmx to convert dvi to pdf, whereas dvipdfm was used before. This still works correct.
