During installation, I choose to resize the sda5 partition _and_ reformat it. Unfortunately, resizing the partition using parted failed (I'll attach the logs). I wonder however, why yast needs to call parted to resize a partition that's going to be formated right away. I just spent a frustrating hour trying this on my Sony laptop with a Linksys wireless card. It will no longer detect my card.
