However, Pear DB is needed by Squirrelmail if you want to store user preferences in database. The bug seems to be present in 10.1 already. workaround: Remove the line "Hidden=true" from /opt/kde3/share/apps/kicker/extensions/ksim.desktop, run kbuildsycoca.
