try
Server Name: ftp.suse.com
Server Directory: pub/suse/i386/9.0/

And it will work. In pub/suse/i386/9.0/suse/src is no package-description
available, and YaST looks in ./suse/setup/descr

   Protocol: FTP
   Server Name: ftp.suse.com/pub/suse (I've also tried with
ftp.suse.com alone to no avail)
   Server Directory: i386/9.0/suse/src/
Authentication: Anonimous (I've also tried without it)
