First I got an installation working using the factory_snapshot repo as installation media (the one which a manual RC1 installation points to) and installing from nfs repo, autoyast.xml on nfs.
Strange thing is, currently I don't get the missing xsltproc message anymore using the RC1 CD instead of the repo -- can this be a result of now including the snapshot repo as add-on in the autoyast.xml file?
don't you use rules/classes anymore in your test? Then you don't see it
Anyway, having autoyast.xml on ftp still doesn't work. There's nothing in the server log file. Seems like using ftp just stopped after looking for add-on products (see log excerpt below).
that's no problem. It tries to download the files but they are optional and not needed. My interesting part is: ProfileLocation.ycp:46 Path to remote control file: part1.xml ProfileLocation.ycp:109 File=part1.xml ProfileLocation.ycp:110 Get ftp://10.10.0.162/part1.xml to /tmp/YaST2-03379-ijg0VA/autoinst.xml SystemAgent.cc(Execute):1130 mkdir /tmp/YaST2-03379-Cuftd4/tmp_mount CurlAgent.cc(Execute):248 Data: CurlAgent.cc(Execute):249 Output: /tmp/YaST2-03379-ijg0VA/autoinst.xml CurlAgent.cc(Get):145 curl returned -> response code: 226, total size: 16151, total time 0.006317, content type: (null) Code 226 is a successful ftp download. don't you see the curl download of the XML file at all in the log? It should be a bit later in the logfile.
