I'm confused about the differences, during the installation process, for autoyast.xml and control.xml files. If i want to skip some configuration steps where should i add the option?
In the documentation: http://www.suse.de/~ug/autoyast_doc/overviewandconcept.html "A configuration file (referred to as "control file") is created using existing configuration resources. The control file can be easily tailored for any specific environment. "
It's not clear if you are talking about autoconf.xml or control.xml.
sorry for the confusion. In 99% of the cases I'm talking about the autoyast profile and not about control.xml The control.xml file should not be changed. -- ciao, Uwe Gansert Uwe Gansert, Server Technologies Team SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) Business: http://www.suse.de/~ug -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-autoinstall+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-autoinstall+help@opensuse.org
