Actually, editing media/boot/i386/loader/isolinux.cfg, adding "autoyast=file:///autoconf.xml" and regenerating the iso again works fine. It automatically loads the autoconf.xml without any boot option selected. Thanks. It's not clear if you are talking about autoconf.xml or control.xml.

sorry for the confusion.
