[opensuse-artwork] a KDM theme proof

      Hello,
if you will choose to continue to use KDM, I did a theme proof that
should support various elements and use cases.

Tested a bit with Xephyr (not completely reliable) and on a real
screen at 1920x1080.

What do you think?
