Hi again.
I think that the email from Andi was, due to being sent via iPhone and I assume being sent as soon as possible in order to show commitment, poorly stated. I think that a more in depth discussion amongst all involved concerning this and other issues would be the best way to move forward. Maybe a google hangout or such?
We could sort things out on the ml or irc and at the marketing/artwork hackweek which will happen in Nuernberg, after FOSDEM. BUT: most things have already been said: - no official announcements by Andi, unless we all agree on (including things like dreamopensuse) - find ideas how to handle distro/supplementary artwork (I have already given some input on that, but it can be sharpened) - create a list of tasks, describing what needs to be done for a release - find ppl who declare theirself as responsible for that tasks (for a specific release) - prepare the upcoming release In the future we can benifit from that, as we already do from the knowledge we gained during the past releases. This might be an even greater adventure for 12.3 as it might bring a major theme/style switch from pure gree to green-black/grey.
