openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-rockpro64.aarch64-2021.05.17-Build5.5 does not finish booting
Last message: UEFI stub: Exiting boot services and installing virtuel adress map gparted reports an extra unused space of 337.93GB which is not on the 32GB media. Is there an image I can try on the Nanopi M4V2 or Rockpi4A? I want to switch to RK3399 from Raspi4B and want to stay at openSUSE if possible.

gparted reports an extra unused space of 337.93GB which is not on the 32GB media.
Those problems would require some investigations. Do you have a serial connection to check if something happens there?

There is an image for RockPi4. Instructions are available at: https://en.opensuse.org/HCL:ROCK_Pi_4 Cheers, Guillaume
I tested it again. Same result. But the rockpi4 image boots my rockpro64. But on both boards there is no video output. Now I found that there is a rockpro64v2 DTB and my board is a V2. And there seems to be a better DTB for the V1.4 rockpi. Where is the setting which DTB to use. Is there a chart where the things are stored? It is anoying searching the information if one does not know what to search for.

That's unexpected that image for rockpi4 boots on the rockpro64 board, but image for rockpro64 does not boot properly on the rockpro64 board...

The only diff between V1 and V2 seems to be the audio codec setup. So, I suspect this does not prevent the board to boot.

You can update the DTB file that u-boot loads, by interrupting the auto-boot and setting the DTB file in u-boot. (you likely need a serial for that).
