just seen the announcement of a new build of Leap 15.2 for x86_64, but I wonder what the status for ARM is? I havent seen new packages for quite some time, and there should be some fixes in I'm waiting for....

15.2 ARM is rolling fine, you can check http://download.opensuse.org/ports/aarch64/distribution/leap/15.2/ It seems that just the ISO were not updated, but repo and jeos images are updated just fine.
