There is no qcow2 images for aarch64, only raw format. But you can convert it with: qemu-img convert -f raw -O qcow2 image.raw image.qcow2

What would be the use case, if I may ask? If this is for UEFI based system, you can use JeOS-efi, or any gfx *-efi images
