Same thing, the repos in obs just need to enable arm as build target. If your favorite repository doesn't, just let the maintainer of that repository know.
The fedora nedit works on factory, but I'm looking for others too, like jailkit.
If something is not available in obs, just create a package in your home repo and enable compilation for arm.
Are the source packages for factory available? Can't find a repo for them.
