[opensuse-arm] Speed up devel:libraries:c_c++ armv7 building

Hi, I couple of armv7 packages that depends on libraries on devel:libraries:c_c++ are blocked because package building is progressing very slowly. Almost 48 hours later and only 25 of 187 packages have been built so far. aarch64 had all of the packages built in less than 24 hours. What can be done to speed it up?
