Dear listers, Sorry for that my question may not be specific to AMD64. Recently I upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2 on one of my PCs, and I got a Kde3.3 runing on it. I plan to use this PC as a GM terminal, and set up the sound. When I went on to Control_Center->Sound_n_multimedia I noticed that there is no mixer menu there. One of draw back for this is that I cannot save the current volume setting. It is inconvenient that I have to start setting volume levels whenever I start my session.
