Hello again One way of doing it is as follows: *Plug in the USB stick *Make sure it is shown in suseplugger (the circuit board icon in kde-panel). It should be under the "Disk" header. If it's not pull out the USB stick and plug it in again. Why it sometimes not work the first (or the secound or third) time I don't know. *Select the USB stick and press the adjust (or whatever it is called in english) button. Now the YaST partition program starts and you can delete your existing partition and create a new one. You shouldn't assign a mount point for the new partition. I don't know if automount works with other partitions than FAT32 but as you probably will move the USB stick between different computers and systems FAT32 is best for compability. (...
