Hi all I'm using SuSe 9.3 on a Athlon 64 and trying to access the windows VPN at work using the pptp client. I've downloaded the latest version of the pptp client (the 9.2 rpms at the pptp site), and I'm seeing a similar problem to this: http://lists.suse.com/archive/suse-amd64/2005-Jun/0045.html Although in my case, the handshake goes well and the link seems to be established. But then the entire system freezes completely, and my only option is to hit the reset button. I don't think I've ever experienced that with any of my Linux installations. Has anyone heard about a fix for this? Does anyone know if SuSe 10.0 might work better? ~~~~ Hello, I got pptpconfig to work on 9.3 and 10.0. Make sure you have IP forwarding set on the nic your using. Also check your routes for your pptp connection. ~James
