Hi, thanks for your information. According to the specifications from Brothers Website this printer is capable of PostScript 3 (as an emulation only) and PCL6. Therefore I would suggest to install as: USB printer, "Unknown Manufacturer" -> "PostScript Printer". If you notice any problems (I doubt), then I would choose: USB printer, "HP" -> "LaserJet 6 series" and maybe change (edit) the PPD file from "HP/LaserJet_6-hpijs.ppd.gz" to "HP/LaserJet_6-ljet4.ppd.gz".
