You can add menu entries in /etc/grub.d/40_custom, e.g.

menuentry 'My Groovy OS' {
set root=(hd0,1)
chainloader +1
}

You need to rebuild the grub.cfg afterward:

grub2-mkconfig -o $(find /boot -name grub.cfg)
