I just had a look on a 42.3 test system.

Eleanor-423:~ # updatedb ; locate logrotate.timer
/etc/systemd/system/timers.target.wants/logrotate.timer
/usr/lib/systemd/system/logrotate.timer
/var/lib/systemd/timers/stamp-logrotate.timer
Eleanor-423:~ #

Three possible files.

The direct way is "systemctl cat logrotate.timer". Then you'll see
exactly which file(s) (base, overrides) were loaded etc.

I didn't know this command. I'll have to write a note to myself about it.
