yes I am *ABSOLUTELY* sure.
I run 'lsmod' and the 'mavericks' I mention are there.
I remove them with 'rmmod' and run 'lsmod' again and they are gone.

# lsmod | head -12

and so on.
BtrFs, ext4, ReiserFS are further on down and are in use by file systems
I actually use.
