I have found that the timeout in cryttab are honored if you mount it at the
command line
like systemctl start systemd-cryptsetup@cr_home.service
but the are still not honored at boot time.

Carlos: Do you suppose I have to rebuild the initrd after changing these
settings
in crypptab? Is it perhaps included there in, such that none of my changes
take effect?

And if so remeind me how I do that.
