Yes. But you need a program to do it. I don't have the name handy, but
it is gratis, I think.

Well, the idea is to do it natively in Windows ;-)

There is a program, which I can't remember the name now, which "mounts"
the iso, and you can access it with the explorer, if I remember it right.

Ok, found some names:

ultraiso, acetoneiso, daemons tools.
