Oh, I don't know.
I upgraded my server earlier this year and the move to 13.1 had all the hassle with the upgrade of dovecot and its conflict with apparmor, but it was easy enough to solve.

But that new drive died and I've just been though a install rather than an upgrade and there was no conflict between dovecot 2.1 and apparmor.
