Works from the command line fine in my testing.

Encrypting:
kgpg -e junk.file
(Pop up requires that I select a key from my known keys)
new file junk.file.asc is created.

Decrypting
kgpg junk.file.asc
requests key entry
Puts out original file, (warning of overlay).

I think this thing is intended to be uses from within dolphin or by the
mail chain, etc.
