This paragraph:

## Path: System/Environment/Clock
## Description: Information about your timezone and time
## Type: string(-u,--utc,--localtime)
## ServiceRestart: boot.clock
## Command: /sbin/refresh_initrd
#
# Set to "-u" if your system clock is set to UTC, and to "--localtime"
# if your clock runs that way.
#
HWCLOCK="-u"

has been replaced with

## Path: System/Environment/Clock
## Description: Information about your timezone and time
## Type: string(Europe/Berlin,Europe/London,Europe/Paris)
## ServiceRestart: boot.clock
## Command: /sbin/refresh_initrd
#
# Be aware that the time reference of the CMOS/HW clock has been
# forwarded to /etc/adjtime, the file used by hwclock(8) and
# systemd(1) as reference for the CMOS/HW clock.

Ie, the «HWCLOCK="-u"» line has dissapeared - in two different computers
running 12.3, at least.

The variable is important, it is sourced in "/etc/init.d/ntp" (script
which still exists).

Is this intentional, or is it a bug?

- - save HW clock status to /etc/adjtime instead of sysconfig/clock
(bnc#764690)
