_must_ have stdout and stderr connected to /dev/null otherwise they will

Can't stderr be redirected somewhere else? With bash it is possible.
I was just thinking along similar lines --

This is a no-brainer with sysVinit -- and a perfect example of
how doing the most trivial things are nearly impossible in the Beta-systemd.
