gcc, make are installed.
But how do i find kernel buid(/lib/modules/3.4.11-2.16-desktop/build) i
can
not find..
How would i be able to come by those?

I don't have installed OS 12.2 .. But try
zypper ref
zypper search kernel

look for similar like kernel-source and use "zypper install" if "type
package"
or look for "type src-pakage" and use "zypper si"

Hope it helps
