From TLS my server knows it's me (i.e. from=<david@xxxxxxxxxxxx>)
and it is killing the relay. That's where I'm stuck. Anybody else got
this ironed out??

I do it for customers all the time - looks like you've got an rbl check
somewhere though. Just remove that.
