Yes, of course. That's obvious -- and not the question.

How are those invoked/accessed/used in a Input Actions -> Global
Shortcut -> 'Send Keyboard Input' macro?

What desktop are you using, kde, gnome, or? I have kde 4.3.1 and it doesn't
have a "global" option under input actions.
