Yes, and the other 13.3% can't boot their machines. Every machine *must*
have a / (root) filesystem.

Ah yes! I don't have a /root (dedicated -real) partition but I DO have
a /root (filesystem) It sits right there in / Maybe that is what they
are talking about?
