If you want to do it permanently, add

export MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib/browser-plugins

to ~/.bashrc for your user only or to /etc/bashrc.local (create it if it
doesn't exist) if you want it for all users. Then either wait until the
next time you log in or shutdown your KDE session and log in again. Now
this is visible for all started processes, i.e. you can get rid of the
extra script.
