The doctor suggested me to use left arm as less as possible. I think
this is only possible if I can type single-handed.

there IS some sort of disabled configuration, that allow "dead" keys to be no more dead (that is one can type Ctrl then T with two keystrokes).

(sorry I don't know then english menus)
