Sorry James,

but there is no rpm in that directory, all files are sources. Maybe they build
them on some days, or that was temporary.

Now you can find rpm file in Factory. For instance rc6 (release candidate 6)
that was tested to have fixed USB is in:
Server: mirrors.kernel.org
Path: opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/suse/x86_64
File: kernel-default-2.6.20_rc6-2.x86_64.rpm
