We use SmartStamp at work and its pretty good for businesses you get a running
total of what credit you have you can buy more credit with the click of a
button, you can stick your logo on and it works with pretty much any printer
or envelope.

It integrates with a fair range of (Windows) database applications, we use ACT
(Sage) so it can pick the addresses from there.

It will also let you stick an Advert on the envelope so you can get more for
your money by using the stamps and sending an advert at the same time as that
all important invoice. something along the lines of "Get our new whizzo
thingy ma jig 25p each or four for a £1.00" ;-)
