Actually we did this some time ago, if I remember correctly. We had
the "Update Manual". It was mainly a collection of changes and
additions not an addon as you think of.

However, don't underestimate the amount of work just to create this
piece. :)

By the way: If everbody seem to be interested in documentation we have
also the mailinglist opensuse-doc@xxxxxxxxxxxx for this purpose. :)
