It appears to be marked as internal - possibly due to it being assigned as a
SLED 10 (beta commercial product) problem rather than a generic Xgl or compiz
issue.

I think there's been discussion on the list before about internal vs external
bugs, would have to check, but thats why you can't view it. Basically, it
talks about the exact problem myself and Dinar were seeing and suggests an
update.
