Mine works. The list folder only has mail sent from the list server, ie,
directly from suse. CC copies sent to me direct go to the dups folder.
Direct mail goes to another folder.

# mail sent to this address is lists related.
# Add a Reply-To to this mail list, and move to the correct file.
* ^X-Mailinglist: suse-linux-e
| /usr/bin/formail -bfi "Reply-To:suse-linux-e@xxxxxxxx"
:0 a:

... more lists here

# Get duplicates (cc'ed)
* ^TO_suse-linux-s@xxxxxxxx

.... more dups for the rest of list.

My rule above works also with suse 7.3
