Min CPU freq for Mobile Athlon 2400+?
Hi, it looks like that when my ACER Aspire 1353LMlaptop boots the system
detects a ~800MHz processor, later when powernow-k7 runs it offers
from 1.2 to 1.8GHz as available frequencies.

Why isn't 800 MHz available anymore? I boot with acpi=off otherwise the
machine freezes, but apm seems to run fine.
