Does anybody reading this know if the "new" WP8 is different from what

I was not particularly happy with the old version, particularly the fonts.
I can probably find the disk, somewhere. Also, does anybody know, if it
turns out the "new" version is new and improved, whether you can upgrade, by providing the old serial number, or if you have to start over.

This version wants it's own serial number and it is a new product from what I can tell. Fonts look nice and all the features you would expect to see are there. In a way it's much like the versions available in the early 90s as you have a draw function that puts you in an early version of the DrawPerfect program, similary with the SS but all-in-all I really like it. It has way more power than either word or writer and a much cleanrer interface.

Hope this helps,

dave
